Jayanthi is the Chairman and comes with more than 25 years of rich and varied experience in Banking and Financial Services and Internet Services. As part of the core strategy team she drives Ad Astra's business model to attain scalability and expand to new geographies in India and across the globe. Prior to joining Ad Astra her last stint was as a Senior Director of a French Private Banking Company based out of Singapore. She has considerable experience working in different geographies and cultures like India, Latin America, South East Asia, Middle East and China.

She is a Post Graduate in Commerce and a Gold Medalist in Civil Services

Managing Director

Nirupama is the Managing Director and the brain behind Ad Astra. She comes with more than 25 years of experience in HR, Business Development and Recruitment Consulting with P&L responsibility. Nirupama has co-founded and built three of India's largest HR Consulting firms and is considered a thought leader in the HR Consulting & Recruitment industry.

Considered a thought leader in the Indian Industry, she was on the Executive Council of Executive Recruiters Association and a Career Mentor with Monster, the world's largest job portal.

She is an MBA in HR.

Kalyanaraman Jayaraman

Kalyan is the Executive Vice President and is responsible for Ad Astra operations across the North and West of India. He is armed with 28 years of rich experience, 25 of which were spent with one of India's largest IT services company in varying positions – Sales, Customer services, Finance, HR and global delivery across office automation, IT Infrastructure and Software divisions. Over and above his extensive exposure to the Indian market, his international exposure includes heading the sales and operations for Asia Pacific region as well as working with Forbes 100 clients across US and Europe. His multi-faceted experience has provided for a balanced outlook towards client management, deal management and customer satisfaction while ensuring operational efficiencies and profitability.

He is a PGDBM from XLRI and a MSW from Madras School of Social Work.

Gayatri Krishnamurthy

Gayatri has about 24 years of experience in the corporate sector and the education sector in a mix of organisations which included the public sectors, small enterprises and MNCs. She heads the Strategic Consulting Business of Ad Astra and her expertise lies in HR Consulting and Practice Development. She is active in Industry bodies like NHRD. Her strength is in the area of assessing and diagnosing gaps in systems and processes and redesigning them. She has been involved in several in-house and external assignments in areas like Induction, Performance Enhancement, HR Climate Evaluation, Training etc.

She is a PGDPM from XLRI.

M A Menon

HR Mentor

Menon has 25 years of HR experience in industry and over 15 years in HR Consulting. He has also vast experience in Performance Appraisal, establishing HR Policies and Systems, Employee Compensation; Training etc. He also has corporate training experience and was also a part-time Faculty Member in HR with the Institute of Marketing and Management, New Delhi for 3 years. He was also visiting faculty member in the Institute of Business Management and Research International School, (IBMR) Bangalore and also in Wigan and Leigh (WLC) Bangalore for their Management Programmes.

He holds a PGDM in Business Management & Industrial and Labour Laws form St. Xavier's Social Institute of Industry.

Sourav comes with 15 years of experience in Business Development and Recruitment Consulting with P&L responsibility. A co-founder of Ad Astra, Sourav spearheads the Ad Astra business operations for the Eastern Region as well as International Business Development. Turnkey project management is one of his key strengths and he has assisted many corporate in setting up operations in the East. Focused approach, continuous investment to enhance operational and delivery standards, implementation of Global Best Practices and Technology with blend of CRM is his forte. Prior to this he built the entire recruitment business for a large recruitment company from scratch to one of the top 3 firms within a span of one year.

He is an MBA from Burdwan University.

General Manager Operations

Verghese heads the Operations for Ad Astra across the country, given the strong background in Sales, Marketing, Collection Operations and Recruitment Consulting and Legal. He is a co-founder of Ad Astra and prior to Ad Astra he was heading the Operations for large corporations in varied industries. During his 23 year stint, he has handled operation in all the four zones of the country and quite actively involved with the organizations in handling legal matters.

MA from Madras University and LLB from Bangalore University.

General Manager – Talent Acquisition

Aditi comes with more than 10 years of experience in Business Development, Operations and Recruitment Consulting with P&L responsibility. A co-founder of Ad Astra, she manages the South India Business of Ad Astra. Also under Aditi's area of focus are business excellence, business development and project management. She has a reputation for creating and sustaining client relationships and managing key accounts. Prior to joining Ad Astra, Aditi was managing technical recruitment at two of the large recruitment firms in Bangalore, managing key accounts and building the IT business from scratch.

She is a PGDM from Kolkatta University

Siji comes with more than 10 years of experience in Temping, Operations and Recruitment Consulting having been part of the startup team of the Largest Temping Company in India.
