Job Title : Consultant-Talent Sourcing(KPO/BFSI Vertical)

Job Responsibility:
Understanding the requirements given by clients. Headhunting, company mapping & industry mapping as and when required. Source, screen and interview the

potential candidates through effective usage of all possible sources like references, head hunting, advertisements, job portals, data base etc

Identify and manage new channels to support recruitment.
Interacting with the client on a daily basis for the feedbacks, co-ordinating for interviews and closures.
Should be good at Networking, Referrals & Head Hunting.

Desired Candidate Profile : Any Graduate with excellent communication skills and experience in recruiting for Risk Advisory,Business Research,Investment Banking,Private Equity and Financial Analytics positions. He or she should have the proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-placed and challenging work environment.The candidate should also be a self motivated,aggressive and a team player.
